We had a blast with these e-bikes! Everything from the reservation, delivery and drop off was so easy since Big Foot handles it all! We just got on them and rode! We will definitely rent from them again!

These e bikes were the perfect adventure during our recent trip to CDA, it made it really easy to get out and explore the town and lake trails. For a new company, we were surprised how simple and efficient the process was to reserve the bikes, and how easy they made it with the pick up and drop off. The best customer service I have received from any bike rental place by far. The bikes were very high quality and Dean dropped off the bikes and picked them up so we don't have to be inconvenienced. To think this is one of the cheapest in CDA is crazy. I will absolutely be renting again!!

Super easy transaction, they brought the bikes to our Airbnb house and picked them up! And, they gave us 2 brand new e-bikes. Would not hesitate to rent from them again! Truly a 5 ⭐️ experience! They were also incredibly flexible on the full day rental. Just do it, you won’t regret a thing.

We had an awesome experience with Bigfoot E-Bike Rentals in Coeur d'Alene. It was so convenient to have the new model Townie Trek e-bikes delivered right to our airbnb and picked up afterward. The Bell helmets were new and each bike had a lock and charger. Dean was fantastic to work with, and his communication was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. Everything was easy and hassle-free, and the bikes were perfect for enjoying the beautiful Coeur d'Alene area. We highly recommend Bigfoot E-Bike Rentals and would definitely rent from them again! Highly recommend! He was very personable and professional. They delivered and pick up the bikes. They will give a tutorial on the bikes if needed. So fun!! Try it and enjoy!!

I can’t remember the last time I was so impressed with a company! Called Bigfoot bike rentals and talked to Dean. He was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He had someone waiting for us when we got to our rendezvous point, the bikes were terrific. We took three people who had never been on an E bike for a 20 mile ride up Higgins point and they absolutely loved it. Bigfoot will definitely be our “go to”!!!
