Rental Forms

All renters are required to complete and sign the Bigfoot CDA Rentals Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver either before or at the time of E-Bike delivery. Please follow the steps below.

Important: A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation to confirm and hold your booking. This deposit is fully refundable, minus a $10 cancellation fee, if cancelled at least 72 hours before the first date of your rental. Cancellations within 72 hours of the first reservation date are non-refundable. The remaining balance, plus a $250 per bike security deposit (this is a credit hold on your card — not a charge — and the hold is released once the bike(s) are returned in the same operable condition as received), is due at the time and place of E-Bike delivery, where our staff will: photograph your valid driver's license, process credit card payment, and collect your completed Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver form.

Step 2Print & Complete

Print the form, fill in all required fields, and initial each section of the Operating Policies.

Step 3Sign & Have Ready

Sign the Release of Liability section and have the completed form ready before your scheduled delivery.

Step 4Hand Off at Delivery

Don't worry if you haven't printed it ahead of time — our staff will have extra copies on hand at delivery. At that time, our team will also photograph your driver's license, collect your signed form, and process payment for the remaining balance (your 50% reservation deposit has already been applied) plus the $250 per bike security deposit (a credit hold on your card — not a charge — released once the bike(s) are returned in the same operable condition as received).
